That's why we offer a personalized approach to Pilates, tailoring sessions to accommodate various fitness levels, body types, and specific requirements. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, we'll customize the experience to suit you.

  • No prior experience is necessary to join our Pilates classes. Our instructors cater to participants of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. They will provide modifications and progressions to ensure everyone can participate safely and effectively.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement. Avoid overly loose or baggy clothing that may restrict movement or get caught in equipment. Socks with grips is compulsory for Pilates classes.

  • We provide all necessary equipment for our Pilates classes, including mats, props, and reformers. However, feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. It's also a good idea to bring a water bottle and a small towel for sweat.

  • The frequency of attendance depends on your individual fitness goals and schedule. Many participants find benefit in attending Pilates classes 1-3 times per week to experience improvements in strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. However, even attending once a week can yield noticeable benefits over time.

  • Pilates is often recommended as a form of rehabilitation for various injuries, particularly those related to the back, hips, and shoulders. Our instructors can work with you to develop a customized program that addresses your specific needs and supports your recovery process.

  • Pilates can be safe and beneficial for pregnant women, especially with modifications to accommodate their changing bodies. However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program during pregnancy. We offer specialized prenatal Pilates classes designed specifically for expectant mothers.

  • You can book a Pilates class through our online booking system, available on our website or mobile app. Simply select the class you'd like to attend from the schedule and follow the prompts to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are also welcome, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your class reservation through our online booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
