Product and service conditions in plain English

Here's what you need to know about this membership product as required by the law set out by the Australian government, explained in plain English:

Our Name and Address: Our name is Joys Pilates, and our studio is located at Level 1, 399 Glen Osmond Rd, South Australia.

Our Fee Structures: You'll pay $150 for 10 Pilates Group Classes every month, along with a one-time non-refundable initial setup fee of $50. The Membership will auto-renew every month until you inform us to stop.

Unused Class: During your monthly membership, if you have any unused classes remaining at the end of the your monthly cycle, these unused classes will expire.

The Cooling-off Period: It's 48 hours from the date you purchased this membership.

Our Services: You can book into any reformer Pilates classes listed on the timetable using this membership on our website. If a class is fully booked, we will put you on a waiting list and inform you of the outcome 6 hours before the class starts. If you booked into a class and didn't attend, we will mark you as a no-show. If you have 2 no-shows within your current month membership, you cannot book into those time slots for the remainder of your current month membership.

The Process to End the Agreement: Inform us by email or phone at least 1 week or more in advance of your next billing cycle; we will send you a cancellation confirmation by email. We cannot refund you if the billing cycle has already started.

Membership Fees in Plain English: $150 every month or a total of $1800 for a year, plus a non-refundable initial setup fee of $50.

Ongoing Agreements: We will send you a renewed membership agreement if you continue your membership for 12 months or more as required by law.

Is it an Ongoing Agreement? Yes, it continues until you inform us to stop. We will send you an email reminder to sign your renewed agreement at least 2 months before you reach your 12-month membership.

Agreements with Minors: Anyone under the age of 18 cannot sign up for the membership unless a legal guardian has given written consent.

Could I share my membership benefit with someone else： No, you can not share your membership benefit with anyone else. Your membership will be terminated immediately if you unauthorized to shared your membership with someone and no refund will be provided.

Joys Pilates will run ‘Bring a Friend for free’ sessions during promotional month. During the promotion, you can bring a friend with you by booking your friend session with a unique code send to you by email or gift card.
